IPTVCAD does not host third-party copyrighted material on this website. We respect intellectual-property rights and expect customers, suppliers and partners to do the same.
The underlying IPTV technology can be used for authorised or unauthorised distribution. Rights depend on the specific work, source, licence and use; they cannot be determined from technology alone.
Submitting a notice
A notice should be sent to the support email and include enough information for a meaningful review.
- Your legal name, authority and reliable contact details
- Identification of the copyrighted work or representative list
- The exact URL or service information needed to locate the concern
- A good-faith statement explaining why the use is not authorised
- A statement that the information is accurate and your signature
Review process and counter-information
We may request clarification, preserve relevant records, restrict access, notify an affected party or reject an incomplete or abusive notice. We do not decide complex ownership disputes and may refer parties to qualified legal advice or an appropriate authority.
A person who believes material was identified by mistake may respond with supporting rights or licence information. False statements can create legal consequences.
Questions may be sent through the official Contact page or configured WhatsApp option. Include enough detail for us to identify the request, but do not send passwords, complete payment credentials or confidential third-party information.
