By accessing this website or ordering service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction and provide accurate order information.
Service description
IPTVCAD provides access information, account activation and support for internet-based television use on compatible devices. Plans are defined by duration and simultaneous connections. Installing an application on several devices does not create permission for more simultaneous streams than the plan allows.
Content, channels, programme-guide data, resolution, catch-up features and application availability can change. References to HD or 4K mean compatible content may be available when the source, device, display and connection support it.
Orders, payment and activation
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted only after payment review and activation confirmation. You are responsible for checking device compatibility and order details before payment.
Never send complete payment credentials in a contact form or ordinary message. A third-party payment processor may apply additional terms.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and in a way that does not harm the platform, other customers or rights holders.
- Do not share, resell or rebroadcast access unless a written reseller agreement permits it
- Do not exceed simultaneous-connection limits or attempt to bypass technical controls
- Do not probe, scrape, attack or interfere with systems or other accounts
- Do not use the service to infringe copyright, privacy or other legal rights
- Keep credentials private and notify support of suspected unauthorised access
Third-party devices and applications
Device and application names belong to their owners. IPTVCAD does not control app-store decisions, independent licence charges, operating-system changes or third-party privacy practices. Compatibility guidance is provided in good faith and may require updates.
Availability, suspension and termination
Internet services can experience maintenance, source changes, provider outages and network conditions outside our control. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, excessive simultaneous connections or material breach of these terms.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, permanent content, error-free applications or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a statutory right that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service period where permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect loss, third-party app charges or home-network equipment decisions.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal or service changes. The review date identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted.
Questions may be sent through the official Contact page or configured WhatsApp option. Include enough detail for us to identify the request, but do not send passwords, complete payment credentials or confidential third-party information.
