Set Up IPTVCAD on MAG Device

Installation steps

   Open Settings from the device portal or system menu.

2. 2

   Confirm the network is connected and the date and time are correct.

3. 3

   Open the server or portal settings and enter the portal address supplied by support.

4. 4

   Save the change and restart the portal when prompted.

5. 5

   Wait for the menu to load, then test navigation and playback with the remote.

Useful MAG Device tips

• Do not post your MAC address or portal URL publicly.
• If the portal does not load, verify DNS and time settings before resetting.
• Older MAG models may not support modern codecs or higher resolutions.
